Wow, I could've had this done so much sooner. I apologize, I got distracted by other art projects. Which you'll probably see soon too.

ANYWAY

Pen and India-inked this one, baybeh. And then took a picture with a digital camera. Because that's how I roll I guess.
Does it look much different?
I mean... it looks crappy up close because all the dust and noise from the photo was picked up but I dunno, I like tradi-inked lines better. Even if I mess-up. It just feels like I have more control.

AH WELL whatever.

And I hate to end a page on such a derpy note, but I had to stop it somewhere so it woudln't go on forever. More banter and tidbits of plot establishment will just have to wait 'til the next page. xD

I write like a little thumbnaily scripty dailogue thing first and when I start going, it's like... you know how they say some performers can play off of each other? It's like my sentences play off of each other. It's great 'cause I can write all kinds of mildly entertaining filler, but it's horrible because I can never just get to the point. I think I developed this habit to bullshit my way through writing papers in school. You wouldn't believe how many bullshitted papers I got A's on.

SO YEAH UH
ENJOY!

WOW
also I just realized there's like, an insane amount of dialogue and not nearly enough images to correlate. DAAAMMMMMMMAAAAAAT.

Also, :iconjhessail: made me a stamp! X) Go give her a fav or a comment if you wanna' use it! : D

I've reread this whole comic like 60 times and I don't think I ever commented on the inking for this and the next page. I love it! It gives a whole different feel from the previous pages. Now the characters blend in more with the background, and I think it makes it them feel a little more real, and when a panel focuses on a facial expression, the individual lines are less distracting. I hope you keep it up like this!

In the third panel, sock doesn't have a nose... dunno if you intended to do that? anyway, it makes him look cute with those big eyes and such ^^

Personally I've always found that just about every single job interview I've ever found myself in had a touch of "Strike a Deal with the Devil," in it. Certainly I wondered if this was what it felt like to sell one's soul.

When I found this gem in today's DDs, at first I was just about to fave it and move on through the rest of them, but instead I just had to read the rest of the story. Immediately. And I'm faving them all.

I can think of no higher compliment for this page.

I am very glad to have found your work, and I salute you on the well deserved DD. Both of them, in fact! :salute: :salute:
