So this isn't finished, but whatever. I don't think I'll ever get around to finishing it.
It's Yami from Yugioh, if you couldn't have guessed. From back in the waaaay waaaaaaay back very begining of the manga series when this was the only face he knew how to make. Takahashi's style wasn't fully developed yet and the characters looked VERY different. It was more organic, a lot less pointy... I mean, things were still pointy, but not perpetually. It was kind of a weird, wanky, psuedo-realistic (in some cases) style that I personally really liked. Not to say that there's anything wrong with what his style developed into or anything.
Also, back then, there were NO CHILDREN'S CARD GAMES?! That's right. No children's card games. And because there were no childrens card games, they ran around getting into all sorts of other shananigans and playing all sorts of crazy, made-up, spur-of-the-moment games that were life-threatening, more often than not. Gang fights with yo-yo's... the stabby knife money game thing... Mokuba trying to poison Yugi with a hamburger... it was all good times.
They also made a seperat anime series of it (often refered to as season 0) that never aired in the US, probably because it was way too pointlessly violent. Plus there were no childrens card games to start a merchandise empire off of.
As well, many of you may know this series as the one where Kaiba screws the rules because he has green hair.
XD Anyway, I forgot his puzzle. SHIT. It's supposed to look all sloppy and graffitti-ish... but I'm aware that the anatomy (AND HIS HAND OAHGHGHGH) is especially wanky. My bad. And I'm not satisfied with how his head is placed, for some reason.
GAAAA, YOU'VE CAPTURED THE CRAZY YAMI. BAKA I LOVE YOU.
Though every time I look down to his waist I spurt out into little miscellaneous giggles because he's just so damn effeminate. GAH, ANYWAY. Lovely colors and it reminds me of like something you would totally find on a graffiti wall, which makes it even more uber awesome.

Hahaha, I know, God, I couldn't help it! XD And I had to make him look a little skanky, of course. Because that's just... yeah. Belt is really crooked though. Anyway, thank you!

Hahaha, yeah. For realz! Same thing for me. Of course, they actually made that part of the manga into a show... but never in America. I've seen about 2 full episodes of it... although I know you can find them all on the internets somewhere. Even still, I think the original mangas are always better!
OHHH GOOD. I'm glad you think he looks creepy. That means I've probably succeeded. XD

Actually, perhaps that justifies the belt. He's just thrusting with such an emmense force that the belt was knocked horribly sideways. XD
