It's been so long. Maybe not much longer than it normally takes for me to make a page but it feels like an eternity. I'd just like to say that on behalf of this page, I AM SORRY. Sorry for SUCKING SO MUCH.
rGHGHG. I seriously think I'm going to start inking these traditionally and scanning them in. When I ink it in photoshop it just feels like it's completely taking away whatever life or movement or structure was there. I know that sounds stupid, but whatever. XD I don't have as much control over the stylus as I'd like.
BACKGROUNDS GETTING SLOPPIER.
Soon there will be no backgrounds at all. IT'S A TRANSITION GUYYYSS.
Anyway, yeah.
Mephi runs a very stressful line of work. The only thing keeping him sane is the witty banter he has with himself in his head, which is probably where all those fantastic puns come from. He has a nice little book collection too. I can't think of enough books to populate a whole shelf, but if you fullview/download the thing, there's a few titles that can be made out. Hell's computers are also running on DOS, if you look closely.
But you probably shouldn't look that close. This file will crash your computer (SERIOUSLY. It just crashed my macbook. My macbook NEVER crashes). I had to resize it because it was TOO BIG FOR DEVIANTART.
Why do I make such high res images…? My art is totally sloppy. WHYYYY.
So… uh. Yes.
Sock doesn't get much screen/talk-time in this page because Mephi's such a chatterbox.
I have to make a definitive decision on the quality and style of this thing, I swear. I set my standards far higher than I'm willing to even attempt.
This is what descriptions are for, guys. Wallowing in our own crapulence and begging for forgiveness. XD Hahaha.

Towards the end there, Mephi slips back into narrator mode. My panel structure is totally obliterated by then so I'm not sure how obvious it is. I don't think he'll do that often. Obviously he can't CONTROL the story. He'd like to think he can though.
